Time for a little stability...
Hoyer keeps talking about giving these guys enough at-bats before we can judge. I believe his number was 150 at bats before we know what these guys are going to do. Well we are a 1/3 of the way to his magic number and i am little worried. At the same time I believe that if we have to wait it out we might as well find a standard lineup to put out there most nights. Lets give the guys some comfort in knowing their roles on the team. As much as Ludwick hasn't produced in the number 4 spot, he has hit some hard balls right at people. He wont hit .300 but he can hit 20 home runs and drive in 80 runs from the clean up spot. i am tired of the lineup flip flop everyday. Hundley was hot hitting in the number 8 spot and looking like he was putting things together offensively until that switch in the line up. The first night he was moved up in the order he has no hits in the next two games. He might have been hot but he didn't look as comfortable with the pressure of being the run producer in the lineup. Slumps cant last forever, this team will begin to produce. They won't score 10 runs a game but with the pitching 4 might do it most nights. Lets get out Sunday boys and give Clayton a little help.
